You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of your items, but at Tealuna we allow you 3 additional days. So, whatever the reason, you have 10 days to make up your mind! We will refund the full price of articles returned in good condition if you change your mind about them.
2/ Exchanging your items is hassle-free
If you are not completely happy with an item that you have received from us we will exchange it. At Tealuna you can place an order without worrying about what to do if you don't like it. We are committed to the security of all your payments and financial transactions. We collaborate with one of the leaders of 100% secure payment solutions: PAYBOX. The secure payment service PAYBOX incorporates the SSL security standard. The SSL industrial standard encryption technology is one of the most efficient and popular worldwide. After validation of your order your confidential data will not be stored, so when you place your next order, you will be asked to enter the information again.
Your confidential data (16-digit card number, expiry date) are encrypted and sent directly to the PAYBOX server, without ever being stored on the Tealuna system. The PAYBOX server is directly linked to the server of the Crédit Agricole bank.
This means your data neither circulates on the internet nor can it be detected, intercepted or used by any third party or by Tealuna.

6/ No hidden costs or surprises regarding the timing or quality of deliveries
We promise to deliver within 3 to 6 days by Colissimo registered post (signature required). Postage and packing for deliveries is charged at the fixed rate of €7 (for the UK and some other European countries) for purchases with a value up to €170. Delivery for orders above this value is free. Logistics being an industry in its own right, we have decided to entrust ours to one of France's top specialists in e-logistics, Orium (ISO 9001certified), who shall apply their utmost care and expertise in dispatching your order.

We have a size guide at your disposal. In order to offer the best possible guidance, we indicate whether our garments run "large" or "small" in our carefully drafted product descriptions. As we see people try on our garments in our boutiques every day, we know exactly how they fit and can offer you accurate advice.
9/ E-mail alerts about the availability of products and items saved in your favourites
If you are interested in an article that is out of stock or unavailable in your size we have the answer. Tealuna offers you the chance of being notified as soon as the item is back in stock. We actually receive daily deliveries of new designs and items that are out of stock, so don't hesitate to make the most of this service and be notified right away.
If you don't want to place an order straight away you can always place the items in your favourites and come back to them next time you visit the site.
10/ A gift message on request
Tealuna offers you the possibility of sending a gift with a personalized message. You can choose whether you want all the items of your order to be wrapped in gift paper or just one item. This is a free service.
