What are the conditions for earning loyalty points?

Joining our loyalty rewards program costs nothing and is effective when your first order is registered from 31/05/2011 onwards;
1 Euro in purchases = 1 point, for each order.
Note: orders that are cancelled or returned are not accepted for the loyalty rewards program.
Points are allocated when your order is dispatched.

How are loyalty points collected and used?

Each loyalty point is worth 3 Euro centimes when used. You will therefore benefit from a minimum value of 6 Euros reduction depending on your points balance (a minimum of 200 points is required for redemption).

How to use your loyalty points?

Your points are displayed on your Tealuna account, in the Loyalty and Referrals section. They can be used on any order, on the condition that you have accumulated at least 200 points (all points balances are reset to zero on 30 June each year) and if your balance is over 200 points, you are automatically offered the option of deducting a corresponding sum from your shopping basket. To use your points, simply check the appropriate box in your basket.
You therefore need to have a minimum balance of 200 points to be able to use them on an order.
If the value of the amount of points you convert into Euros is less than the order total, you need to complete your payment by bank card or another means of payment.
If your points balance is sufficient to cover the order total when converted into Euros, you pay nothing except the postage costs and the balance of points leftover will be automatically proposed on your next order on the “Basket” page, as long as you have a minimum balance of 200 points.
Your points can even be used during the Sales! You cannot use them in conjunction with promotion codes. Loyalty points expire on 30 June every year. Loyalty points cannot be used to pay for postage costs.

What happens if I need to return my order that I paid for with my loyalty points?

In the event that the order is returned in full, the points used to pay for the order will be re-credited to your Tealuna account once your returned items are accepted (not valid for partial returns).
